Welcome to the home page of the 2008 Washington Gubernatorial Debate between Chris Gregoire (D) and Dino Rossi (R)
The debate will take place at 7 p.m., Oct. 1 at Yakima’s historic Capitol Theatre.
The debate is being sponsored by the Yakima Herald-Republic, KYVE TV and the Capitol Theatre. Live coverage of the debate will be seen statewide on PBS affiliates.
The public will be invited to attend the debate for free. The Capitol Theatre can accommodate 1,500 people.
TICKETS
Tickets will be available Wednesday, Aug. 27, at noon on a first come, first served basis with a limit of four per person.
They will be distributed at the following locations:
